Scout reviewing sports profiles

For scouts and recruiters

Tired of blind recruitment?

OnRadar helps validated clubs discover athletes and staff with real context: who is available, who would listen and which profiles exist in the right area.

Validated access

This is not an open database.

To protect talent and clubs, search only opens to scouts and recruiters linked to a real club, validated by OnRadar and authorised by the club.

Local supply

Do you know who exists in your area?

Search by sport, position, geographic radius, availability and competitive context before opening conversations.

Contact

Hard to reach people who may be interested?

Requests arrive identified, with club, role, age group and reason. Less noise, more respect for each person's context.

Planning

Hiring campaigns without a map?

Organise searches, permissions, recruitment teams and proposals in a flow built for real decisions.

01

01

Create an individual account

The scout or recruiter signs in with their own email. The account is personal, traceable and does not replace club authorisation.

02

02

Enter club and federation email

The account always links to one club. The club name must match the federation record and the submitted email must belong to that club.

03

03

Validate and authorise

OnRadar validates the details. Then the club receives a request to authorise that person to scout or recruit on its behalf.

04

04

Search and approach

With validation complete, the scout finds profiles by sport, area, availability and preferences, then sends contextual requests.

Terms and conditions

Platform use

OnRadar lets people create sports profiles, state availability and facilitate contact between talent, professionals and organisations. Published information must be truthful, current and respectful of third parties.

Profiles, minors and contact

Minor profiles should be managed or authorised by responsible guardians. Contact details should not be publicly exposed and should only be shared through flows accepted by the owner or authorised representative.

Recruitment and validation

Club, scout and recruiter accounts may require organisation validation, affiliation checks and club authorisation. Validation can include a federative or institutional club email, organisation-level access control, manual review and usage history.

Responsibility and external contact

We try to reduce risk through validation, permissions and access records, but we cannot guarantee 100% the identity, intent or conduct of third parties. Contacts made outside the platform, by phone, email, social media or private messages, are outside our control. OnRadar does not guarantee contracts, invitations, transfers or sporting decisions.

Personal data

Privacy

Data we collect

We collect account, sports profile, preference, organisation, affiliation and platform usage data to create profiles, validate access and operate contact requests.

How we use data

We use data for authentication, profile management, authorised search, contact protection, security, abuse prevention and product improvement. We do not sell personal data as a public list.

Visibility and control

Each user controls profile visibility and can keep information private, searchable or limited. Personal contact details should only move through accepted flows inside the platform.

Retention and requests

Data is kept while the account is active or while needed for security, legal obligations and operational history. Access, correction or removal requests should be handled through support.
